Lattica earns its keep when your whole team is in. Inviting people takes seconds, and you can scope what each person sees.<\/p>\n

Invite by email<\/h2>\n

From any project, click Members \u2192 Invite<\/strong> and paste a list of email addresses. Lattica sends an invite link that’s valid for seven days. Recipients click, choose a password (or sign in with Google), and they’re in.<\/p>\n

For larger rollouts, use Settings \u2192 Team \u2192 Bulk invite<\/strong> and upload a CSV with name, email, and role columns.<\/p>\n

SSO and SCIM<\/h2>\n

On Business and Enterprise plans, you can connect Lattica to your identity provider:<\/p>\n

  • SAML 2.0 SSO<\/strong> \u2014 works with Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, JumpCloud, and any SAML-compliant IdP.<\/li>\n
  • SCIM provisioning<\/strong> \u2014 auto-create and de-provision users from your IdP. New hires get access on day one. Departures lose access the moment HR offboards them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Roles<\/h2>\n

    Three roles, kept deliberately simple:<\/p>\n

    • Member<\/strong> \u2014 full access to projects they’re in. Can create projects, tasks, and reports.<\/li>\n
    • Guest<\/strong> \u2014 limited to specific projects you grant access to. Doesn’t count against your seat total. Good for clients and contractors.<\/li>\n
    • Admin<\/strong> \u2014 manages billing, integrations, SSO, and workspace-wide settings. Inherits Member permissions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      What if someone leaves?<\/h2>\n

      Open Settings \u2192 Team<\/strong>, find the person, and click Remove<\/em>. Lattica reassigns their open tasks to a person you choose, archives their private projects, and revokes session tokens.
