Seat management and invoicing live under Settings \u2192 Billing<\/strong>. The model is straightforward: you’re billed for active members, prorated when people join or leave.<\/p>\n

How seats are counted<\/h2>\n

A seat is consumed by anyone with the Member<\/em> or Admin<\/em> role. Guests don’t count. Suspended users don’t count. Pending invites don’t count until they’re accepted.<\/p>\n

The seat counter on the billing page updates live. If you add five members today, you’ll see “+5 seats” reflected immediately, and the next invoice will show the proration.<\/p>\n

Proration<\/h2>\n

Add a member mid-billing-cycle, and you’re charged for the remaining days at the per-day rate. Remove a member, and you get credit applied to the next invoice. We don’t refund mid-cycle changes \u2014 they balance out over time.<\/p>\n

Example: monthly Team plan ($8\/mo)\nAdd 3 members on day 15 of a 30-day cycle\n\u2192 charge: 3 \u00d7 $8 \u00d7 (15\/30) = $12\nRemove 2 members on day 22\n\u2192 credit: 2 \u00d7 $8 \u00d7 (8\/30) = $4.27<\/code><\/pre>\n
Payment methods<\/h2>\n

  • Credit card<\/strong> \u2014 Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover. Most teams use this.<\/li>\n
  • ACH (US)<\/strong> \u2014 available on Business and Enterprise. Saves 1% in card fees.<\/li>\n
  • SEPA (EU)<\/strong> \u2014 same as ACH, EU bank accounts.<\/li>\n
  • Wire transfer<\/strong> \u2014 Enterprise only, annual prepay.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Invoices and receipts<\/h2>\n
    Every charge generates an invoice PDF, downloadable from Settings \u2192 Billing \u2192 History<\/strong>. Invoices include your billing address, tax ID, and itemized seat changes. Add or update your tax ID in Settings \u2192 Billing \u2192 Company details<\/strong> \u2014 VAT, GST, and ABN are all supported.<\/p>\n
    Receipts are emailed to all admins and to additional addresses you list in Billing \u2192 CC recipients<\/strong> (your accounts payable team, for example).<\/p>\n
    Failed payments<\/h2>\n
    If a charge fails, Lattica retries on days 3, 5, and 7. After three failures, the workspace enters a 14-day grace period \u2014 fully usable, with a banner \u2014 then read-only until payment is resolved. We don’t delete data for non-payment.<\/p>\n
    Cancelling<\/h2>\n
    Cancel from Settings \u2192 Billing \u2192 Cancel subscription<\/strong>. The workspace stays usable until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then drops to Free (if it fits) or read-only.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
