Lattica has four plans. Most teams start on Free, move to Team within a month, and stay there. The other two plans exist for specific situations.
The plans
| Plan | Price | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | Up to 10 members, single workspace, core features |
| Team | $8 / member / month | Most teams under 200 people |
| Business | $15 / member / month | SSO, SCIM, advanced reporting, audit logs |
| Enterprise | Custom | SAML, SOC 2 reports, dedicated success manager, custom DPA |
All plans include unlimited projects, unlimited tasks, and the API. We don’t gate basic functionality behind upgrades — pricing scales with team size and admin needs, not with whether you can use core features.
What’s actually different
The honest summary, since marketing pages tend to obscure this:
- Free → Team: Removes the 10-member cap, unlocks Timeline view, dependencies, custom fields, and the desktop app.
- Team → Business: Adds SSO, SCIM, advanced dashboards, public dashboards, audit logs, and 90-day version history.
- Business → Enterprise: Adds SAML (instead of OIDC-only SSO), unlimited version history, custom data residency (US, EU, AU), and a signed DPA.
Upgrading
Admins can upgrade from Settings → Billing → Change plan. The change is immediate; you’re charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period.
Downgrading
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — no surprise loss of features mid-month. If a downgrade would push you over the new plan’s limits (for example, dropping from Team to Free with 15 members), Lattica blocks the change until the workspace fits.
Annual billing
Switch to annual billing to save 20%. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time; the credit from your current month is applied to the annual invoice. Switching from annual back to monthly happens at renewal.
