Rainbow Vegetable Stir Fry with Ginger Sesame Sauce

A stir fry is the ultimate weeknight weapon — 15 minutes, endlessly versatile, and genuinely delicious with the right sauce. This ginger sesame version is the one we make every week.

Ingredients

  • Carrots, peppers, broccoli, snap peas
  • Garlic, fresh ginger, noodles
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp honey

Method

Mix sauce ingredients. Heat wok until smoking. Add oil and hardest vegetables first. Toss on maximum heat. Add garlic and ginger. Pour in sauce. Add noodles. Serve with sesame seeds.
