Creamy Mango Lassi with Cardamom and Rose Water

The mango lassi is the most refreshing drink on a hot day. Ripe Alphonso mangoes, thick yoghurt and cardamom — the perfect balance of sweet, tangy and cooling.

Ingredients

  • 400g ripe mango flesh
  • 300ml full-fat yoghurt
  • 100ml cold milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar or honey
  • 4 cardamom pods seeds ground
  • Half tsp rose water, ice

Method

Blend all ingredients on high 60 seconds until completely smooth. Adjust sweetness. Pour over ice into tall chilled glasses. Sprinkle with ground cardamom.
