Vibrant Berry Smoothie Bowl with Crunchy Granola

Eat the rainbow for breakfast. Packed with antioxidants, topped with crunchy granola, fresh fruit and a drizzle of honey.

Ingredients

  • 200g frozen mixed berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 100g frozen acai puree
  • 3 tbsp coconut milk

Toppings

  • Fresh berries, granola, banana slices, coconut flakes, chia seeds, honey

Method

Blend frozen fruits with coconut milk until very thick. Pour into chilled bowl. Arrange toppings beautifully. Drizzle with honey and serve immediately.
