Pan-Seared Salmon with Lemon Caper Butter Sauce
Restaurant-quality salmon at home in under 15 minutes. The lemon caper butter sauce takes 3 minutes and transforms a simple fillet into something truly special.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets skin on
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1 lemon zested and juiced
- 3 tbsp cold butter cubed
- 2 cloves garlic, fresh dill
Method
Dry salmon, season well. Sear skin-side down in hot oil 4 minutes without moving. Flip, cook 2 more minutes. Remove. In same pan cook garlic, add capers, lemon juice and cold butter off heat, swirling until emulsified.
